What We Do
What Does Professional Bathroom Plumbing Include?
The room treated as the system it is — fixtures, supplies, branches, and vents in one interview:
- Toilet service and replacement. Running, rocking, leaking, and weak-flushing toilets diagnosed from flapper to flange — including the wax seal and floor evidence most 'toilet problems' actually live in.
- Shower and tub work. Valves that scald or shiver, diverters that split the difference badly, drains that crawl, and surrounds whose leaks impersonate plumbing leaks with great talent.
- Sink and faucet service. Basin faucets, pop-up drains, traps, and supply stops — the under-sink country where small weeps rot cabinet floors in the dark.
- Branch and vent diagnosis. The shared pipe behind the room's behavior: gurgles, slow groups, and smells that belong to the system rather than any fixture.
- Rough-in for remodels and additions. Bathrooms built or rebuilt to the drawing — supplies, drains, and vents placed where the next fifty years would put them.
- Historic-bathroom care. Period fixtures serviced rather than discarded, plaster and tile opened only at evidence's address, in the town's oldest rooms.
Individual failures anywhere in the house belong to plumbing repair; the room's drains, when they block rather than leak, belong to drain cleaning.
